Moon River Yoga: Yin Flow

Weekly All-Levels Class

Moon River Yoga is a nourishing combination of yin yoga and slow flow, blending fluid, breath-connected movement with moments of stillness. This practice offers space to soften, restore, and reconnect—supporting the body, nervous system, and inner balance.

Classes are held in a calm, intimate studio with natural light, creating a welcoming space to settle in and unwind. Each class is intentionally designed to feel whole and well-rounded, weaving together accessible flow, Yin Yoga, breath awareness, and meditation while honoring the natural cycles within and around us.

Full Moon Yoga & Acupuncture Workshops

These monthly workshops are held in alignment with the full moon and guided by the seasonal wisdom of Classical Chinese Medicine. Rather than standalone experiences, each workshop is part of a seasonal series—allowing us to explore one element at a time through three focused gatherings.

Rooted in the Five Elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—this seasonal approach offers insight into how nature’s rhythms influence the body, emotions, and overall well-being, inviting us to move through the year with greater awareness and care.

Spring Full Moon Workshop Series

Spring Awakening:
Flow, Growth & Creative Vitality


Spring and the Wood Element invite us into movement, vision, and becoming. This season supports growth, fertility, emotional flow, and the smooth circulation of energy and blood—helping us adapt, expand, and move forward with greater ease.

In Classical Chinese Medicine, spring is associated with the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, which govern flow, direction, and the release of tension. When supported, we experience creativity, clarity, and ease. When constrained, we may feel tight, overwhelmed, or stuck.

The Spring Awakening series includes three seasonally aligned full moon workshops that explore these themes through Yin Yoga, acupuncture, education, and intentional rest, offering space to restore flow and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythms.


What to Expect

Each Full Moon Workshop may include:

  • Yin Yoga

  • Acupuncture woven into the experience (optional)

  • Seasonal education rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine

  • Guided reflection and practical self-care tools

  • Time for rest, integration, and nervous system support

All workshops are designed to feel nourishing, grounded, and approachable, offering both therapeutic care and space to simply be.
